Important Notice
At GummiVeda, we strive to deliver premium-quality products and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered.
As our products fall under the health and wellness category, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Replacement Eligibility
We will be happy to provide a replacement if the request is raised within 7 days of delivery in the following situations:
- ✅ Wrong product delivered
- ✅ Missing product(s) in the order
- ✅ Damaged product received
- ✅ Expired product received
How to Request a Replacement
To raise a replacement request, please contact us on WhatsApp:
Please include the following details:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product/package
- Brief description of the issue
Our Customer Happiness Team may request additional information or evidence before processing your replacement request.
Replacement Processing
Once your replacement request is approved:
- A replacement order will be created.
- A new Order ID will be generated and shared with you.
- The replacement order will be processed and shipped at no additional cost.
Important Notes
- Replacement requests submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery may not be eligible for approval.
- GummiVeda reserves the right to reject replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
- No refunds will be issued for delivered products except where required by applicable law.
